These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your Agency’s access to and use of the FirmSuit document intelligence platform, operated by EnDevSols (Pvt) Ltd(“FirmSuit,” “we”). By creating an account or using the service, your Agency agrees to these Terms.
1. The service
FirmSuit provides a client financial intelligence platform for tax and accounting practices. The platform structures, cross-references, and surfaces insights from client records (such as bank statements, property deeds, and tax withholding certificates). Automated extractions and synthesized briefs are provided to assist professional review. Your Agency remains responsible for verifying and approving client figures prior to final filing or advisory use.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an Agency account and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Your Agency is responsible for all activity under its account, including actions taken by staff you invite.
- You must be a legitimate business entitled to process the client data you upload.
3. Subscriptions & document quotas
Subscriptions are structured around practice capacity (e.g. Starter, Growth, and Practice tiers with specified client capacities and monthly upload allowances) and staff seats, billed according to your selected plan. Exceeding plan capacity may require upgrading to maintain active processing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you are not legally entitled to process, or data obtained without appropriate authorization or consent from the relevant individuals;
- Attempt to access another Agency’s data, bypass tenant isolation, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without authorization;
- Use the service to build a competing product, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or infrastructure;
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law, including data protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. Your data
Your Agency retains ownership of the documents and data you upload, and of your clients’ data contained in them. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We do not use your documents or your clients’ data to train shared or foundation AI models.
6. Suspension & termination
Either party may terminate the agreement as set out at signup or by written notice. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, poses a security risk, or has significantly overdue payment. Upon termination, your Agency’s data and documents are deleted from our systems, including underlying cloud storage, within a reasonable period.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and AI-generated extractions may contain errors. Your Agency is responsible for verifying extracted data before relying on it for tax, legal, or financial decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmSuit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount your Agency paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction].
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
